Client Service Director

My role is to ensure that you receive exceptional client service while working with our Cal Cap team. As Client Service Director, I am committed to a trusted partnership with our clients. It is important to me that we answer your questions and resolve your client service matters in a timely fashion.

Along with Arika, I am your best first contact when you have a service need. You are welcome to contact me if you have questions about forms we’ve sent you, need to deposit money into your account or have a more complex client service matter to discuss. I commit to responding to you within one business day, if not sooner.

I joined the California Capital Management team in 2019. Previously, I worked in banking for almost 20 years. I started my career in retail banking and eventually became an assistant manager. After many years in retail banking, I took on a new challenge as a private banker working in wealth management. I believe my experience on the retail side helped hone my customer service skills, while working on the wealth management side prepared me to handle more complex client needs. My goal is to apply my experience to best serve Cal Cap’s clients and be a liaison for you and your advisor.

I look forward to earning your trust as Client Service Director and building lasting relationships with all of Cal Cap’s clientele.

On the weekends, you will find my husband and me cheering on our two children at soccer and karate. In my free time, I enjoy cooking.
