As Head of Client Service at California Capital Management, I focus on ensuring our clients consistently receive exceptional service, responsiveness, and attention from our team. I view client service as the foundation of long-term, trusted relationships and am committed to delivering an experience where clients feel informed, supported, and confident that their needs are handled with diligence and urgency.
In my role, I oversee our client service team and serve as a primary point of contact for client service matters. I work closely with our clients and their advisors to support a wide range of needs, with a particular focus on more complex issues such as trust and estate settlements and account transitions. I am committed to ensuring every inquiry is handled thoughtfully and efficiently, with responses provided within one business day, often sooner.
I joined California Capital Management in 2019, bringing nearly 20 years of prior banking experience. I began my career in retail banking, building a strong foundation in client service before advancing into branch management. I later transitioned into private banking within wealth management, where I worked closely with clients on complex financial needs and helped coordinate the broader team to deliver a tailored client experience. These experiences have shaped my ability to lead our client service team, anticipate client needs, and serve as an effective liaison between clients and their advisors.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. On most weekends, my husband and I can be found cheering on our two children at their soccer games. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and working out.
