Greg began his professional career at American Express Financial Advisors in 1989 and successfully completed the rigorous management trainee program. Greg received numerous awards including Advisor of the Year in 1992 and 1993. Greg was promoted to the American Express Gold Team in 1994, which placed him in the top 10% of financial advisors nationwide. When Greg and Brad left American Express in the spring of 2004, their office was recognized as members of the Presidents Advisory Council, which placed them in the top 1% of more than twelve thousand advisors nationwide. Based on his past business success, Greg was immediately accorded the status of Chairmen’s Club at his broker/dealer, LPL Financial Services. Greg has been featured on CNN, FOX News and in the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, Registered Representative Magazine, Financial Planning Magazine, Ticker Magazine and The Los Angeles Business Journal.
Greg received his ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant designation) from the American College in the winter of 1994. The ChFC program focuses on the comprehensive financial planning process as an organized way to collect and analyze information on a client's total financial situation; to identify and establish specific financial goals; and to formulate, implement, and monitor a comprehensive plan to achieve those goals. The ChFC program provides financial advisors with in-depth knowledge of the skills needed to perform comprehensive financial planning for their clients. In addition to being an avid reader, Greg attends nationally recognized conferences and symposiums related to financial matters as a way to bolster his professional abilities. Greg holds all the appropriate national and state licensing to practice including the NASD Series 7 and 66, in addition to any applicable state insurance licenses. Greg has a stellar compliance record with the NASD, SEC and state licensing boards.
Greg was raised in Glendale, CA. Greg, with his wife Lisa and their two children, Jake and Lauren, now reside in Burbank, CA. Greg coaches youth sports in the Los Angeles area and is a member of the board of directors for Toluca Lake Baseball. Greg was born March 31, 1966.
