Working with Our Firm

We will manage your accounts on a fully discretionary basis within your risk tolerance, time frame and stated objectives. This means we will select, monitor and update your accounts automatically.

We will respond to all urgent service requests on the business day they are received. We will respond to all other communications within one business day.

Please use voicemail effectively. Leave a detailed message and state the urgency of the matter. Please advise if the matter is not critical as this allows us the freedom to address more urgent matters with priority.

First quarter service appointments are held during February and March. Third quarter service appointments are held during September and October.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Phones automatically roll into voicemail between 1pm and 3pm every Monday to allow for a firm wide meeting.
