Scott is the first and best contact for current clients seeking customer service in regard to their accounts managed by our office. Scott believes strongly in the importance of superior client service and has made it his personal goal to offer exemplary service to the clientele of California Capital Management. In the event of any client service issue, Scott works closely with corporate office personnel to resolve problems quickly, effectively and to the client’s satisfaction. Additionally, Scott oversees the processing of new business from beginning to end, making sure all applications are properly completed, processed and forwarded to our corporate office in a timely manner.
Scott started working in the financial services industry, with American Express, in 1997 where he was consistently recognized for providing exemplary client service. Scott joined the California Capital Management team in 2000..
Scott has lived in southern California most of his life with brief forays to Pakistan, Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest. Scott now resides in Hollywood and in his off time enjoys going to movies, the theatre and spending quality time with family and friends. |
